How long does registration take?

Most domains are registered within a minute of payment. A few extensions need extra checks and can take longer; you are told right away.

How do I pay?

From your FelCloud balance, by card (EUR and USD), or by bank transfer. If a registration cannot be completed you are refunded in full.

Do I need a FelCloud server to use a domain?

No. A domain works with any hosting. If you do use FelCloud servers, connecting them is one click.

What happens when my domain expires?

We e-mail you before it does. With auto-renew on, it is renewed from your balance a few days earlier. An expired domain stops working until it is renewed.

Who owns the domain?

You do. The registrant is the contact you give when ordering, and you can change it or transfer the domain away at any time.
